Clothing / Furniture

Clothing / Furniture

  • Clothing*
  • Furniture in good condition - Beds, of all sizes, are always in great demand.
  • Working and non-working large appliances - Due to environmental considerations and cost to the mission, refrigerators must be plugged in and operational at the time of pick up.
  • Mowers
  • Bikes
  • Household items
  • Electronics
  • Small household appliances
  • Aluminum windows
  • Tools

*From these donations, residents who are currently residing at the Muncie Mission are provided with appropriate clothing as needed for the current season. Needy families are given vouchers from the Family Service Director to obtain clothing free of charge for their family at the Attic Window Stores. All other clothing is then made available to the public at a much reduced cost, through the "Attic Window" stores. All proceeds from these sales go directly back into the operation of the Muncie Mission.
