DONATION NEEDS

Food

We serve not only a noon meal every weekday to the community at large but three meals each day, 365 days a year, to the residents in Men’s Services. This means well over 85,400 meals each year! The vast majority of the food we use is donated by individuals, churches and organizations, and the rest is purchased from the Mission budget. As you can see, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do without our community providing what we cook with.

The kitchen takes donations of all kinds including fresh garden produce, so think of us when those zucchini and peppers are more than you can preserve! You can drive them around to the kitchen on the back side of the Mission, or drop them off at the front desk. Any way you bring them, we will use them and enjoy them.

If you are donating canned goods and other packaged items, please bring them in #10 cans or other large sizes. This makes our work much easier.

  • Juice
  • Kool Aid
