"Thank you so much for letting me come and be a part of what you do. I think the Muncie Mission is the greatest place."
Meet Pam & Mary!
Friends do many things together – meet for coffee, go shopping, have lunch, study God’s word. But Pam Wangler and Mary Ippel volunteer together at Muncie Mission. Both are members of Westminster Presbyterian Church and choose to use their God-given talents to serve and befriend the Mission’s residents. Mary has always shopped our Attic Window Stores and so it seemed fitting that she assist in the clothing department organizing and preparing items for the stores. They both agree that the men are always polite and gentlemanly and they are somewhat of a “mother” figure for them. Both women’s husbands encourage and applaud their wives for giving of their time and talents in this ministry. They have been the hands, feet and heart of Jesus in our midst and are loved and appreciated by staff and residents alike!
We are so thankful for the volunteers who help us regularly in our daily operations and special events. We have many opportunities in which you can serve. Click here for our volunteer registration form. Print and sign this Waiver and Release Form and the Code of Conduct.
