Setting non-perishable food by your mail box is a quick & easy way to partner with the Muncie Mission to help provide food for the homeless & needy in Delaware County. This year’s National
Association of Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive is being held on May 12. It's easy to get involved - just collect & bag non-perishable food items and place them by your mail box on May 12 for your letter carrier to collect. The Muncie Mission will be one of the local agencies that receive a portion of the items collected.
Last year’s collection saw a significant decrease in the amount of food collected and then distributed to the local agencies. This is an important supply for us and other local agencies and we encourage everyone to participate.
