We want you to know about a “crisis” we are currently facing. As you might suspect, December is a critical month for us in terms of our fundraising efforts. We rely on the generosity of friends like you to help us make it through the long winter and well into 2019.
We have recently learned from the U.S. Post office that the letter I had hoped you would receive early December asking for your support has not yet been delivered. Inclement weather throughout the Midwest along with an unusually heavy mail volume has delayed mail processing.
Some of you have even contacted us recently wondering why you have not yet received an opportunity to give.
Let me assure you that the post office has told us that our mail will eventually be delivered – perhaps even this week. In the meantime, please continue to keep us in your plans for your year-end giving. Better yet, if you feel comfortable, you can give online here:
If you do not feel comfortable, you are welcome to send in your gift by just placing your check in a regular white envelope and mailing to PO Box 2349, Muncie, IN 47307. We will make sure your gift gets processed as rapidly as possible.
Finally, if you feel so inclined, please remember to keep Muncie Mission Ministries in your prayers. We can not do this without you.
