MUNCIE MISSION CLINIC

Muncie Mission Clinic provides free medical care to neighbors in need. Clinic sessions are offered by appointment each week at our residential campus, 1725 S Liberty St. Visitors enter through the Lighthouse Chapel door. Eligible neighbors can seek treatment for minor illnesses and injuries before they become major issues.

Basic services are truly free… no billing, co-pays or cost-shares. Prescriptions, lab work, or referrals to specialized treatments may incur fees for patients. Clinic services are delivered by licensed medical professionals serving as volunteers, with equipment, supplies, and other expenses supported through financial contributions from generous friends.

To be eligible for services:
  • Photo identification required.
  • Must be residing in Delaware County (proof of address required.)
  • Must have income less than 2.5 times the federal poverty guideline for household size (proof of income required.)
  • Patient does not currently have health insurance or is unable to afford deductible.

  • Care for minor, non-life-threatening illness and injuries
  • Medical management of Type 2 Diabetes and hypertension
  • General medical exams
  • Well-child visits
  • Free medications

  • Emergency care – Call 9-1-1 or visit an emergency room
  • Treatment of ADD/ADHD
  • Type 1 diabetes mellitus
  • Diagnostic radiology services
  • Obstetric care/birth control
  • Psychiatry/behavioral counselling
  • Medical treatment of addictions
  • Pain management services
  • Prescriptions for controlled substances
  • Evaluation for suspected abuse
  • Disability claims/workman’s compensation
